~Review~

I was really surprised how much I liked the book when I had finished reading it.

Crave follows a young woman named Casey, her dealings with a perfect relationship that isn’t for her and the journey of self-discovery that sometimes what you think you may want is not the most important thing.  Casey and Jason’s road to romance was rocky, but Jason’s emotional transformation in the end was so worth all Casey’s initial heartache. What I enjoyed about these two characters was their abiding love despite their differences and their willingness to forgive each other’s mistakes. No matter where they were, you knew that they were always thinking of the other person. Casey is a headstrong girl who, for the most part, is a likeable character. Her decision-making could use a little help, but she was developed rather well — with the help of a few other characters.

I really enjoyed this book. It had some good plot twists and great characters. I also really liked that a lot of the story revolved around skiing, it was something different that I haven’t read about and was refreshing.

I highly recommend it!
